I have worked in the Behavioral Health field for over 30 years. My combined lived experience, education, training, and work experience has molded my ability to connect and support individuals who struggle. I believe that anyone can set goals, gain and apply coping skills, and grow into the person they choose to be. My approach comes from a place of a relational listening, gaining trust, and with intentional mindfulness and coping skills to help develop and build a stable and healthy foundation for change. I'm honored that I'm allowed to be part of the journey.

I am dually licensed as a Licensed Mental Heatlh Counselor (LMHC) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). Co-Occurring Disorders are prevalent these days and I work to address the whole person. I can provide assistance with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Substance Use Disorders, Parenting, Relapse Prevention, stress and life skills.
